During my recent stay at Detelina, I found myself in a bit of a conundrum regarding luxury versus value. The location was superb – just a stroll away from the beach, perfect for post-marathon recovery. The rooms, while polished in appearance, lacked some essential comfort that you'd expect at this price point. The outdoor pool and garden provided a pleasant oasis, and I must say, the terrace with a sea view offered a nice spot to sip my morning coffee – a necessary ritual for any avid runner. Friendly staff made an effort to cater to guests, always ready to assist with an infectious enthusiasm. The dining experience varied; I appreciated the diverse food options, and the standout was definitely the pork steak, a refreshing twist compared to the usual minced fare. If you're looking for good value and can overlook some drawbacks, Detelina might just fit the bill, especially considering the perks like free parking and Wi-Fi.
